I've been playing Pokemon Shuffle which is a port from a 3DS game. I have spent real money on this game because it's faster for me to advance the stages. I don't know how other people manage but I honestly think most people are lying if they say they don't spend money on these types of games (ie Pokemon; all of em!).
I love deck building games. I may want to try one of these at some point.
I think every one has spent some money on free to play mobile games, at least 10 dollars. Minimum. But with those same 10 dollars, I could've bought a full game! But that's how they get you, they make it slow, hard to get, just for that.
But there's nothing wrong with spending money on free games, more so like a "consumer beware" type of thing, something to just know happens. Every day I inch closer to buying Clash Royale's battle pass.
Deck building games make me feel smarter, unless we're talking about Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, and all those card games. Talk about expensive hobbies.
Oh that's true! I mever thought of it that way re: the cost of purchasing in app things is greater than a new Android game. I kinda hate paying fir games! I wouod almost rather just pay for the Google Play Pass, but then I may end up just buying things in app....
But sometimes paid apps have better content, gameplay, etc
Oh! Magic just released their Final Fantasy collab and I am hoping the decks get cheaper so I can buy a bunch later this winter. But yes, very expensive hobby since cards can leave rotation and you have to buy more decks....
